Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of WAR (WeSimplifAI Agent Runtime), operated by WeSimplifAI Pvt Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
WAR is an intent-native computing platform: you describe a business situation or goal, and WAR's Intent Understanding Layer, Planner, Capability Composer, and Provider Compiler collaborate to build and operate software on your behalf, ultimately executed by one or more underlying AI models.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate Account Profile information. You are responsible for activity under your account, including via Google sign-in.
3. WAR Credits
Certain features consume WAR Credits, purchased in packages via supported payment methods (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Gift Coupon, Promo Code). Credits are non-transferable and, unless required by law, non-refundable once consumed.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use WAR to build software that is illegal, infringing, or intended to cause harm. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
5. No guess, no silent assumption
WAR is built never to guess silently: where the platform infers a value on your behalf, it is marked as such and remains editable. This is an architectural commitment, not a legal warranty of any specific outcome.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeSimplifAI disclaims warranties of any kind and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-product. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
