Common questions

Why do I have to attach material — can't I just type a topic?
Because a topic name alone gives WeSimplifAI nothing to check itself against. Attach the chapter, web page, or notes you're teaching from — a link works if that's where the material already lives — and every card gets checked against it. That's the whole point of using this instead of a bare AI chatbot.
Will it invent facts if my material doesn't fully cover something?
It's built not to, and it shows its work — every card carries the real excerpt it's based on, so you can verify it yourself rather than taking it on faith.
Can I see how my class is progressing?
Not yet — "Got it"/"Need practice" marks are saved locally in the browser that opened the downloaded file. There's no class-level or gradebook view today.
Does this replace Quizlet or Anki for my students to study with?
No — this prepares the deck. The downloaded file has its own simple study mode (flip, mark, progress saved locally), but it isn't a replacement for dedicated study apps with spaced repetition or mobile sync.
