Start with what you already know about your costs and your competitors. WeSimplifAI turns it into a real price — with the math shown.
You already know roughly what it costs you to deliver, and roughly what others charge. What's missing isn't more data — it's turning that into an actual number you're willing to put on a pricing page. Ask a general AI chat tool and you'll often get a range, three options, and a shrug back to you. Ask a spreadsheet template and you'll get a formula with nothing to defend it if a customer — or an investor — pushes back.
Naming actual tier prices and showing the margin math behind them — not three options and a shrug.
Tell WeSimplifAI what you're pricing, in your own words. Pick a pricing model if you know one — or say you're not sure. Add whatever you already know about costs, target customers, current pricing, or competitors.
This isn't a generic business-plan generator with a pricing section bolted on. The generation is built around a specific tension every pricing decision has — don't invent a fact you weren't given (a competitor's price you never provided, a customer's willingness to pay), but don't refuse to make the actual recommendation either.
An earlier version of this exact capability got that balance wrong: given a real $5 cost floor and a real $20–$50 competitor range, it refused to state any price at all, repeating "further validation needed" across every tier — a failure mode that made the entire document useless even though it "looked" careful. That was found in a real production run. The two instructions were separated — fact-claims still require real numbers; a recommended price is now explicitly required whenever a cost floor and/or competitor range exists — and the fix was re-verified twice against the identical scenario before shipping.
The scenario described above — a $5 cost floor, a $20–$50 competitor range, $29/$39 tiers with 82.7%/87.2% margins shown — is real and documented. We haven't yet published it as a click-through example you can open and inspect yourself.
Will draft you a pricing document too — and, as the defect that shaped this capability showed, it will often hedge rather than commit even when you've given it real numbers.
Competes on being willing to name a number and show the math, or say plainly when it can't because it hasn't been given enough to work with. It doesn't compete with a fundraise-grade financial model or a pricing consultant's original market research — this is a fast, defensible first pass built from what you already have, not a replacement for either.
A pricing document doesn't do anything sitting in a downloads folder either. Here's how it's meant to be used.
A quiet aside, not a pitch: once the price is set, the next real gap for a lot of founders is being findable at that price — WeSimplifAI also builds a real business website, and it's a separate capability, not something this page's CTA does for you.
